With respect to Ganondorf, I tried to write him in a way that didn't just make him a big pile of Power bonuses. Instead, his UA comes from the way he operates in the Zelda fiction; he has an annoying tendency to get in people's heads and arrange the world to better suit his needs. (Incidentally, that's also why his Beast Form is the way it is; that's Ganon from Ocarina of Time, not one of his silly Final Smashes.) This is offset by the weakness he suffers in Smash -- not only are his attacks slow, but he has a lot of trouble chasing people. The UA gives him a choice, once he starts landing Corruption; sacrifice attack speed for hit confirm (the -2 penalty applies to him, not his opponent), or risk not hitting at all. His Styles and Unique Base emphasize this weakness as he has almost no extra range and almost no extra movement.
Warlock Punch is in there, but as I mentioned Styles should really be able to cooperate with any of his attacks. So Warlock's is written to actually be scary (because Warlock Punch isn't a real threat once people stop being surprised by the super armor and hitboxes) but still share the drawback it has in Smash; it's slow as hell, and you can't re-aim it if you're pointing the wrong way. All that said, as written, Warlock's Shot has range 1~5 and Warlock's Dominion has an effect range of 1~3, and the UA makes that 1~6 and 1~4. (By the way, did you notice that the UA is also a soft Dash counter at range 3?)
All that said, I suspect he's still a little too strong, so I will probably remove the extra range from Warlock's, and the pull from Dominion. I might also drop all his Priorities a bit and remove the 2-token threshold for using Corruption.
